Broken Glass
Scattered and broken, I lay on the floor.
Broken from what they said before...
They mock, and talk about what is wrong with me
And they try to change me.
I am left scattered, alone and just unsure.
They leave me broken on the floor.
I am an unwanted toy, a sock left lost, a broken clock.
I will not be forgotten, no not anymore!
I will sew the perices on,
I will be strong...
even if I am worn, I will soar.
I am broken glass, a story told before the ratty-old copy,
never to be bought in a store.
I will sew my peices together, and fly again.
I am broken glass once more, but I am happy for I have done my chore.
I will no longer soar.
I am in the clouds, no longer must I escape the people who broke me before.

This peice, along with my writing is about deep unsetting things in my life. I try to get it out to the public, even though I am terrrified to. Then, maybe people will stop the evil they do.
