Hatred
You constrict and restrain
You make me complain
You’re tight and annoying
You make my day not so enjoying
You make me cringe
You’re like the sight of a syringe
You’re irritating and bothersome
You make me look like a freak, and even dumb
I get tired of you quickly
I put you on and feel sickly
I wash you daily
Trust me, I don’t do it gaily
I soak you in cleaner
I would kill you, but it would be a misdemeanor
Is this a person? No,
My retainer… I hate you so.
