Burning
Floating
Further from fate
Slowly slamming into soft specks
Forming pitiful piles before blowing away
Smoke swarms his lungs
Attacking his very soul
Escaping, leaving nothing but the ashy atmosphere
And small gasps for air
It smells like it does right after a barbecue
Burnt bodies of a few
But this is nothing new
Gone
Intentionally
Touched by flame, now all looks the same
Gatherings of dust
We must
Not trust
The power
Of the flame
