I don’t get
This whole idea of
Falling in love
With a stranger.
Love at first sight
Is great in movies
And I know some people
Who claim
It has happened
To them.
But the love I
Vastly prefer
Is love that comes
Quietly
And once it is there
It has always been
There
Or so it seems.
