Red Sea, Parting,
The Exodus of,
faith, One God
Thou shall keep the,
neighbors wife,
Strike once, not twice.

Promised Land,
belonging to your neighbor,
Golden Calf,
tablets broken,
the Ten Commandments,
just as broken.


The author's comments:
This originates from my study of the Bible as a Catholic school student with a Protestant background, and addresses how the Bible might be seen through the eyes of one who has lost faith. I hope can all learn to have a little more compassion on the faithless, because sometimes there aren't many good reasons to have faith.
