Single does not mean I am alone
It means I am with myself
It means I know what I want,
And you're not it

Single does not mean I am desperate
It doesn't mean I need
A Prince Charming
Or a God
And especially not a man
To save me
Because single means I can save myself

And no Prince Charming
Or God
Or Man
Can tell me different

I am who I need to be
And that person is single
Because no Prince Charming
Or God
Or Man
Is going to be the one I marry

If I meet him in highschool

Single means I am smart
It means I have no use for
Games or Toys
I need a real boy
Someone who knows
I am a force of nature
And nothing will get in my way
