If Love Came in a Bottle
It didn’t take too long
For addiction to sprout
Like a seed in my veins
Now you’re all I think about
I’ve sat in many rooms
That told me drugs will kill
But if love came in a bottle
I’d swallow every pill
Too bad it’s not that simple
I can’t swallow you whole
You’re an infinite desire
That tangles in my soul
I need to get my fix
By sight or touch or smell
My love, I’m on your train
And it’s headed straight to Hell
