Have you ever been broken?
soul...mind...and body
when there's nothing left to be spoken
retreating down, down deep
no one can bring you up
from your wakeful sleep
like a zombie trudging through the motions
never thinking too hard
as you stay separate from emotion
life is an endless chore
nothing works out right
can you blame me for wanting more?
people dont understand
what's going on in my head
what's wrong with me
Or why my life is full of dread
its difficult dealing with it all alone
the world is mean
and I will face it on my own
