why love?

what is love?
cause i dont know anymore
can we love too much?
or can we love less
we love food
but not others
why?
when we are shown love from our Father.
why love someone who hates you
why hate someone who loves you?
have we forgotten what love is?
we should't
we have a love that is greater than evil
a love that would put hate to shame
itrs from our Father in Heaven
he has shown us love
so why hate others?
is that right?
