I wipe the tears,
away from your face,
away from my face.
I gently hold you and tell you everything will be alright.
I wipe the sadness,
and make it into gladness.
I show you everything will be alright,
because you are with me tonight.
So many people looking down on you,
just forget it and walk away,
because I am here to stay.
So I will tell you once more,
i will wipe away the tears,
from your face,
and mine.

this poem was when i found out my friend asked his girlfriend to marry him. she said no. so i told him i would wipe his tears away from his face and he would wipe away mine. we sat their for hours just talking and yes even crying. i told him he was a good guy and he just needed to move on. man i give good advice. maybe i should be an advice columist.
