I'am The Irish Flag
The color green shines brightly in the sun
Covered in the morning dew
A sea of green never ending
Maybe a emerald for me and you
There are many shades of green in the world
But I like this one the best
A sea of snow and rain
Makes me think it's time for a game
The clouds are like marshmallows all puffed up
Or mash potatoes all mashed up
The color gold reminds me of carrots all in the ground
And rings united together in marriage
The color gold blankens the evening sky
Tucking the sun in at night
Waiting for the next ball of light
That's how the saying goes “Ireland is Emerald Isle.”
