I sing the body electric!
With each breath,
I sing the song
Of a thousand years
It breathes through me
It lends me its own life
The endless melody
And with each blessed note
And within each sacred song
I plant the seed
I sow the harvest
And pass the song on and on
Yes, the song goes
Ever on and on and on
Passing through
From one vessel
To another
Of infinite age
It roars with energy
And explodes with life
Yes, I sing the body electric
And it sings through me.
