kaleidoscope
My brain is like a kaleidoscope.
Each time you turn it a quarter,
Different shapes, thoughts, appear.
They collide into another thought.
Confusion becomes the result to this mixed up depiction.
As it Turns and turns, there’s never the same image, never the same color.
To some it seems enjoyable, to see something that is different from the realities of an everyday routine.
But in my brain, nothing ever makes sense.
Confusion after confusion, twisted nonetheless.
These endless pictures that appear in my head never leave me sane.
But no matter how badly I want to excel the loudest sound from my lungs, the kaleidoscope keeps spinning.
