Your rising symbols a new start,
When the world takes it's cue to wake and sing,
The power of your amazing rays warms the Earth,
Warming my heart and soul,
Filling it inside with hope.

Noon comes around meaning happiness and time to be a family.
Laughter and love fills the air,
Enriched by your light.
From down here I can see your grin radiate,
And that alone is enough to make anyone smile.

How tired you must be when you settle down to sleep,
Though its at this time when you are at your most beautiful.
Your light shines so brightly and colorfully,
Changing everything you touch.
Especially my mood as you calm me down,
To where I can think and be myself.

But I become sad as you leave me behind to the peaceful chirps and croaks of frogs and bugs alike.
Soon, one by one, little pricks in the sky appear,
And the crescent moon grows brighter every minute.
There, I know that you are never truly gone,
Because your light will always be there to show me my path.
