Danger lurks in the uniform cubicles
Redressing ideas already made
Everyone competing to be unique
All the while trying in ways much the same
Men working to be found accomplished
Boys just longing to be cool
If anyone dares to be the opposite
Give them the title, though unique, of a fool
Girls wishing to stand out when
Everyone is beautiful
Revealing to all your true self
Displays a rare and radiant jewel
Along the whitewashed office halls
Rest the rows of doors identical
Listing on name plates the best of them all
Including only persons typical
Never recognizing hearts that are true
Giving credit where none is due
