Favorite Quote:
Sometimes life takes a path that is hard to walk on, so all you have to do is put on your hiking boots.

Muddy grass,
Thunderstorms,
Shaking the walls.
Fireflies dancing
Against beaten up walls.
Beach waves crashing,
As little girls scream.
Summertime,
It seemed like everything.

I remember your laugh,
Your too tanned skin.
Your big hats
And beaten up skin.
Dresses waving,
Long hair bouncing,
Summertime,
It seemed like everything.

I felt like the heart,
You were the chain.
Double knots bound us together.
No one could break us,
Not in anyway.

But then rain poured.
The sky began to cry.
Then it got angry,
And pound its fist up high.
Muddy grass became an annoyance.
The fireflies flew away.
Beach waves crashed,
But the little girls ran the other way.

I remember summertime,
It felt like everything.
But life goes on,
And so do we.
