Maybe They Don't Care At All

When I'm talking
I feel as if no one is listening
So I don't speak
People ask if I am okay
I say I'm just fine
But I'm not
They don't know how much pain I'm in
Because they don't listen to me
If they only knew
Then maybe they might listen
But they might not
Because maybe they don't care at all
