Ode to My Bed (For Pablo Neruda)
I take the sheets out from the dryer.
I can feel the warmth
With my hands.
Suddenly,
My bed becomes a pink sea.
I pull up the quilt,
Put my head on the pillow,
I can feel their warmth.
I am sleeping on a cloud.
My quilt and sheet
Look like twins.
They are wearing the same clothes.
Every night,
I sleep on a bunch of flower.
Warm, soft, fragrant,
Favor me sweet dreams.
The moral of my ode is this:
Comfort provides beauty,
Without beauty,
Our life will lose sensuality.
Leading a beautifully life,
With my comfortable bed.
