I Do Not Do Them Justice

It's such a shame they let
Someone like me
Use these words
To spin unoriginal
fables. Don't they
understand? I'm wasting
these wonderful letters
stringing them all together
haphazardly.
Can't they hear the tension
between the sentences?
If they understood these
words at all
They would give them
justice and take them
all away from me.
