What Moves Inside of Me

It moves inside of me,
Not knowing how much it has caused me.
I've lost my friends, my family,
Yet Jaden continues to move inside of me.
He has no idea who I am,
but he loves me.
And for some reason, I embrace him every night and although thoughts of abandoning have crossed my mind,
Jaden never goes a night without moving inside of me.
My clothes don't fit,
I can't help but to get sick,
And after monthly doctor visits,
Jaden moves in side me.
