A world engulfed in illusion,
Where everlasting beauty uplifts the soul,
And air, fire, water, and earth dance in a circle of power,
Guided by gentle spirit.
Time goes on,
But this world remains untouched by its hands
And the dance for their divine audience continues
As they are illuminated by her beauty.
The more mysteries explored,
The more mysterious the world becomes,
For this is the essence of Night.

The author's comments:
I have always been inspired by the magical beauty of the night and elements. I hope that this poem will make the reader view nature around them as something more than just trees, dirt, grass, etc. Nature is much more mysterious and powerful than we will ever know.
