Reality of the Rain
I’m a mess today.
Sort of like every other day
But different
Because today,
I’m not hiding it
Today’s one of those days
Where you wear baggy clothes
And you don’t really care about your appearance
That’s what rainy days, like today, do to you
Light, slow, rain
White fog covering what seems to be the entire world
Dark clouds overhead
All things that make you feel like not getting out of bed.
I can’t think straight
Many thoughts rush through my head
Stress, which is becoming way to overwhelming
To many things to think about
All I want to do, is close my eyes
And just sleep
Putting my mess away for at least a few hours
So maybe,
I don’t have to face the reality of the rain.
