Tears in Disguise
In my secret hideaway, Enveloped in my purple walls
I feel comfort, I feel safe, I watch as my first tear falls
Then I hobble over to the corner, where tears will dirty my glass desk
When I look down, through that glass, the floor below is blurred and hidden
For my tears have blocked the view, just like they have done to you
You cannot see into my eyes, for they are now locked in disguise
You cannot tell if I borrow, tears of joy or tears of sorrow
