finishing with a click
the camera snatches my images
for its own keeping.
Images of my past,
my present,
and someday, my future.
All obtained within my box shaped machine.
I plunge into the depths of my pictures,
my ocean of memories.
I dwell in the water that holds beauty more than crystals hold themselves.
Water encased with the elegance of
photos,
Photos of felicity.
I feel as though affliction is a spacious thing to fit within the
sphere of my lens.
