As it rains,
and my teardrops fall.
a darkness sets in,
but my mind still clear.
you answer my prayers,
one by one.
my hero, my savior,
my father my lord.
you help me redo,
what hands have uodone.
meaning the wounds,
that have long since been open. you challenge me and love me,
you push me and help me.
you took my sins upon that cross,
and held you head high.
and i thank you, thank you lord,
for giving me your son.

The author's comments:
when i first wrote this the lord had help me thou some thing very horrible. it still brings tears to my eyes. but after a youth group me and my friends were talking out side the church try to conform me. but the only thing i heard was my best friend say that god will help me through if i asked for his help. and he did help me after i paryed for his guidance.
