The War
February 11, 2011
My brother came home from the war today,
I feel so sad,
He won’t talk to me,
My brother came home from the war today,
Each time I look at him I cry,
My brother came home from the war today,
He doesn’t react when I speak to him,
My brother came home from the war today,
As they lower him into the ground,
I look at him one last time,
And suddenly I feel angered and pained,
You see,
My brother came home from the war today.
