trapped

I'm trapped.
I feel it slowly closing in, suffocating me.
The silence is unbearable.
I cannot scream.
My throat,
Raw from silent shrieks.
I scratch and claw until blood runs down the walls.
There is no rest for me,
Ever.
I still feel it,
Closing in around me,
The darkness suffocates
Until
My unspoken cries cease
And
It all fades
Away.
