Draw Happiness
I never knew life was like this:
Happiness isn’t a right;
Happiness is a face, a front.
There were simpler times.
Happy was playing.
Happy could be wrapped with a bow.
Remember when the sky was a royal blue crayon?
When people always had perfect “u” smiles.
When eyes were just dots
Incapable of showing pain.
Now I love so hard it hurts.
Now I disappoint.
Now I choose my life.
Now I don’t meet expectations.
Now I am left.
Don’t attempt change; heal the hurt.
Don’t turn off the music.
Dance with Hope.
Love until you cry.
Do more than your best.
Create your life.
Exceed your own expectations.
Keep going.
Color with bright colors.
Inside and outside the lines.
This is your life.
This is your life.
Live happiness.
