My Fairytale
All fairtytales don't have happy endings,
So why do they tell us they do,
My fairytale, is about me and you
We were silly in the morning,
Laughing at noon,
Stayed up late nights,
And I fell in love with you
I couldn't resist your smile,
And the way you held my hand,
I found something deep inside,
Not just some ordinary man
You told me that cared,
And showed me that you loved,
But in the end push came to shove
Nothing can compare to how you made me feel,
Through life I will go,
Knowing it wasn't real.
