Sharp taps of water, the sky's broken tears, I step and I falter when you're not here. Cold yet not alone whenever I hear your voice, walking out on my own, rain drowning out the noise. A footstep and a kiss brings the sun through the clouds, my lips against your skin, forever inscribed, your name in my mind, forever yours, to love there is no time.
