I Miss You Mommy
Alone in the dark I kneel down to pray.
Asking for your return one day.
Your present in body but absent in soul.
without you I am broken and can not be whole.
Absent is a smile, present is a frown.
By a look I see you tumbling down.
Deeper and Deeper you crumble within.
Quickly hope fades to see you again.
I sit back in silence as I witness you make.
The chose that will see you to a horrible mistake.
Helpless I feel for there is nothing I can do.
While through my head race memories of a happier you.
I climb into a bed untucked, on a pillow lay a head unkist.
dreaming I smile for here you exist.
