Why must you cut me open?/
Does it satisfy you?/
To see my pain/
To feel my feelings/
Well you are out of luck/
I have no pain/
And I have no feelings/
I lost those long ago/
I lost them with my voice/
With my eyes/
With my ears/
And with my soul/
When someone like you stole them from me/
You, the reeper//

"Don't punish yourself," she heard her say again, but there would be punishment and pain, and there would be happiness too. That was writing."

Oh my gosh, this is absolutely amazing. But "reeper" is spelled like 'reaper,' I believe. Anyway, this is really powerful and creepy at the same time. I notice that this is one of the few (that I've read so far) that you haven't rhymed with, and I like it a lot more it seems to me. Remember that rhyming all the time makes people bored and can sometimes be distracting. Besides, when you can make things as amazing as this without rhymes, who needs them? Just kidding, rhymes aren't all bad. C: Why do you have slashes after every line? Is this a song?
