The first time I got icecream on my nose
Or the first laugh of my Grama's warm voice
The first time I sprayed the hose
Or the first time I had a choice
All of these insignificant memories
Are cast in the bright light of the moon
Slowly becoming a series
Or romance comedies that make you swoon
Perhaps it's the one I created today
Where you were there after school
If only I was considered cool
I don't have that definition in my dictionary
Perhaps all I am is tto assumptious
However,all the memories that contain you
Are pure and precious
