The colors of this world
possess more values than the material you stress
You pay more attention to your greed
than to the beauty you don’t see

I drive down a sloping hill
She says “The trees have such various shades, swaying with the breeze,
They look most beautiful in the twilight with the sun half reflecting
a glittering glow upon”
only referring to the bushes on the hill
that you paved a street through
Hundreds of peoples pass by and don’t stop, don’t stare
You don’t look into the eyes of this world and see their eyes looking back
You don’t notice or admire or cherish
so you won’t care

There is so much beauty in this world that is free
We do not need the expanse of greed
And we don’t need to destroy what’s there
to create a bigger and grander thing
when what was big and grand was already there
Already on its own created
Let it be
