The Color of Consciousness
Consciousness has color
once a tattered book told me mine was blue with a yellow overcast
and yours was elusive crystal with indigo lowlights
and as a pair we were a third of that penetrable shard that emerges from the prism of the past in just the right light
the prism that illuminates what collides and disappears in the space between our eyes
the inevitable space that quantum mechanical physicists call the uncertainty principle and the rest of us call faith
