Falling to Pieces
February 22, 2010
I watch as her life
slowly descends to
nothing.
I watch as tears
slip down her face and say
nothing.
She sits in the corner
and keeps quiet while
she slowly slips away.
People try to ask
why shes so upset
ask her why shes
so depressed.
She keeps the answers
tucked away, breaking
her apart,shes falling
to pieces right before
my eyes. She keeps secrets that
should be told, shes
falling apart and
nobody knows.
I watch her cry
day after day
I hear the sounds
of her sobs late at
night and wonder
when all her fallen
pieces will be found.
