"There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed."

Ernest Hemingway (1898-1961)

From the place of which I have come,
I have felt free for once.
I have finally been released from the prison in my mind.
Someone saved me.
Who could have brought me back?
Only a heroic soul could bring such a dead being back from the dark place.
I don't know what this dark place is,
But I was there.
How can I finally see?
I was released.
It was too dark to see before.
Now, I have reached the surface,
And slowly,
Have opened my eyes.
