Bully Revealed
What do we know of how she may feel?
A bully never helps one heal
We know none of who she is
Not once heard of where she’s been
Why is it we put her down?
Do we like to see her frown?
Sometimes hidden, we’ll never see
The effect a bully has on me
Identifying with her fears
Having been shut out by all peers
A silly joke, a laugh or two
What is this?
Not so new
Attacking one’s self
Their character, where they stand
No one reaching out to their hand,
A surfaced judgement
Lacking confidence, no longer as secure
Bully, this is no cure
A reflection, some remain numb
For shallowest words sink so deep,
If you can see don’t let it be
Remind yourself, How do I feel about me?
