That Day on My Grandfathers Boat
I can still remember the way the sunset looked that day on my grandfathers boat, the sky was painted with color that streaked the horizon as the sun was sinking, it's final rays reflected in the ocean as whales began to swim beside us, sleak black and white the sun seemed to stop shrinking as time slowed, the water glowed and our eyes were wide with wonder, a picture with no frame, no title, an artist with no name burned in my memory forever, never will I forget that sunset, and that day on my grandfathers boat
