Fishes stand above rushing drops

Toppling down to return to the water

Swimming uphill to find salty lands

Hiding underneath the murky surface from sharp claws

Flattening grass under dirtied paws

Scruffy hazel fur reflects on rays of moonlight

Guiding it to an array of waiting meals

Shallow waters engulf stumpy legs

Globs fly into the air as they charge forward

Shining scales blind at its peak

Bitten in its flight

Never to return

Dripping onto pebbles and grass blades

Retreating back into the night

Stream running still as dawn opposes the horizon
