The Four Seasons

In the spring lies a field of daffodils
The wind gives you chills
The birds sing with songs of cheer
As we enter the new spring year
Summer soon arrives, with the sun ablaze
It is time for the carefree days
With the sounds laughter and joy echo around
The waves of pools sound
The leaves are yellow, red, and brown
Soon a shower a sprinkles fall down
The crisp, cool air flows
As nature prepares for the winter snow

The author's comments:

I wrote this Poem to express my love for Nature and how much I love all the different seasons of the year. I showed lots of imagery in this poem for my readers to be able to connect and really see the image in their minds.
