This Purpose I have Found

I have finally found a purpose,
But not in the way I was hoping for,
I realize that I must get my words out,
I must be a poet,
For my writing brings tears to the eyes of many,
I don’t wish to make people cry,
But if it is my destiny,
I will do what I must,
To become the person I desire to be.
