Cinnamon Rolls
I walk out of my room
And hear the whispers,
Creaking floorboards
That silently speaks to me
The delicious smell of cinnamon rolls,
Lifting me up to the sky
And make my heart feel warm
I run down the hallway,
Into the kitchen
And behold, cinnamon rolls
Waiting for me to eat them.
So I took many bites
Of this savory dish.
It made a noise,
“Squish”
On the big blue plate
Where the cinnamon rolls one lived.
Hungriness was now cured
Sugar High, a wonderful feeling!
