Winter Woods
Wind in the willow,
snow on the ground.
Not one creature stirs,
not one makes a sound.
And bundled in jackets, a
small child sees
the snow in the woods,
and the wind in the trees.
The wonder of youth,
shines bright in his eyes;
and in his young mind,
he sees cities of ice.
