Once upon a December night

Once upon a December night,

A night whose blackness diminished moonlight,

The mighty sky raged above my sight

Clouds sobbed until they were thin as air

Thunder was deafening;

I trembled with fear

I felt empty among the misery of nature

A blizzard in December was near

My vision blurrs and lingers along the sky

Ash-grey and mafia-like

I set my eyes to the black horizon

In search for a necklace of sunshine

Then once upon a December dawn,

I glimpsed a thread of gold up high

The sun that saved the scary sky
