Just
Once
I wish
I could be
The girl
Alone
In the library,
Once more.
I would treasure
The time spent
In ink stained
Corridors,
Imagining I was
The girl
Between
The pages.
The misunderstood
Or the mis-imagined.
I could write myself
Into a better
Story.
Bookstore
Daydreams
Kept me believing
That i could
Write my own,
Or better,
That someone would see the magic
And write about me.

This piece was inspired by my expiernce with a girl that all she ever wanted was to escape this world and be somewhere and and be remebered.
