crazy little thing called love

a glimmer of hope shone inside her
although it was only fleeting
it spurred the feeling on
engulfing her mind and body
as she looked upon her lover
it grew ever stronger
her eyes saved his life
as they gazed into his, knowing all within
he could not explain to any living creature
this beautiful emotion
that gushed from the rivers of his soul
and ended in the glorious waterfall
that was love
