Why the Industry Needs to be Put Down
Smoking prevents people from living their lives,
it’s hated and needed by addicts alike
Somebody very close to me does smoke:
my dad. It makes me gag, hate, and choke.
Smoking is not something people should need
because it gives cancer and forces them to grieve.
Can you imagine what it would be like,
to know you won’t make it far--rather, just die?
I can imagine--it’s extremely bad,
so I constantly worry for my dad.
I know he’ll make it--he’s not at all weak.
I’ve known him since my first few seconds--and he knew me.
I do not want him to ever just leave,
but dying is quite worse--I’ll witness the deed!
That’s why I want to kill the whole industry
and end the entire heartless monopoly,
although, yes, many are indeed addicted,
it’ll help them and others not fall victim
to the pain and suffering caused by its addiction!
