The Pain of Loss
Why is it that we have to lose someone, to find how much we love them
It's almost like pain is related to love, and loss brings that out
Is it because we cant be with them anymore, or because you lose your person to adore
I've felt that pain before, i've been to the point where you can't take no more
Losing someone you love is like removing your heart, you lose apart of you
You restart your life, into the blue
You fight, despite what they've put you through
Maybe you believe they're the only one who can ignite you
You might be right, that could be true
But they took a flight, and went into the light
It's time to move on, they'll be alright
Until we reunite
