Recipe For a High School Student

Ingredients:

Batter

Troughs of AP classes
Valleys of homework
Piles of anxiety
Slice of an after school job
Carton of clubs
Droplet of tears (optional)

Icing

A dash of a social life
A pocketful of time management
A dollop of determination
A sprinkle of procrastination
Dusting of motivation

Directions:

Take the troughs of AP classes and thoroughly mix with the valleys of homework
Allow the mixture to sit, then fold in piles of anxiety (this step is essential for the recipe to turn out correctly)
Lightly chop the slice of an after school job and mix thoroughly into the batter
In a separate bowl beat the carton of clubs until light and fluffy
Add a droplet of tears until desired taste (only if you need to let it out)
Fold the mixtures together until smooth and bake for 10 months
For the icing, mix together a dash of social life (because you just have ample amounts of free time, don’t you?), a pocketful of time management (at least Mom taught you something), a dollop of determination (I would like to NOT have to work at McDonald’s when I’m 30), and a sprinkle of procrastination (I mean I’ve got to be good at something, right?)
Add a top and finish with a slight dusting of motivation

~Good until summer
